A client relationship is formed only upon execution of a signed Client Services Agreement or other written service agreement by both parties, and upon receipt of confirmed payment.

The Easy Move is not a moving company. We do not provide trucks, movers, packers, drivers, physical labor, or any service involving the physical execution of a move. Our role is limited to planning, coordination, guidance, and delivery of planning documents as described in our service agreements.

All content, including blog posts, articles, guides, checklists, tips, and any other material published on the Site, is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.

In no event shall The Easy Move be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or any harm resulting from reliance on information published on this Site, even if The Easy Move has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies solely to non-client website use. Liability arising from paid service engagements is governed exclusively by the applicable Client Services Agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted by applicable law, they shall apply to the maximum extent allowed.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Easy Move and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of this Site
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in such a proceeding. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for that forum.

15. Governing Law and Exclusive Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Boone, Kenton, or Campbell County, Kentucky, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky (Northern Division), as applicable. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. It shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

The failure of The Easy Move to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Services Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Easy Move with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings related to the subject matter herein.

19. Changes to These Terms

The Easy Move reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time and for any reason. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
