The founder
Built by someone who grew up watching moves go wrong.
I grew up in Latonia. My dad still lives in the same house on W. 32nd Street where he raised us — right across from where my grandma lived. Nobody in my family moved much.
But my mom's side was different. I watched enough of those moves to understand what happens when there's no plan, no structure, and no one helping you think three steps ahead. Moving in NKY is its own thing — tight neighborhoods, families staying close, kids switching schools mid-year. When a move goes sideways, it affects everyone.
I spent years as an IT Director managing complex systems, vendor relationships, and project timelines. At some point I realized: moving is just another project. It has dependencies, timelines, vendors, and risks. The difference is that nobody manages it like one.

Why We Exist
Moving is a project. Most people treat it like a chore.
There are timelines, vendor schedules, utility transfers, paperwork, and dozens of small decisions that all need to happen in the right order. When one piece slips, everything around it slips too.
Most people don't realize how many moving parts there are until they're already in the middle of it. By then, the timeline is compressed and the margin for error is gone.
The Easy Move exists to bring structure to that process — before it becomes a problem. Not a generic checklist. A real plan built around your move, your timeline, and your situation.
How we work together.

Start your Move Planning Blueprint.
Every client begins here. You purchase your plan, schedule your consultation, and we build a complete, customized roadmap for your move.
Step 02
Decide how involved you want us.
Once your Blueprint is built, you choose your level of support. Execute the plan yourself with Blueprint ($395) or Blueprint+ ($650), or bring us in to actively coordinate with Guided ($1,750) or Managed coordination ($2,995).

Move with a plan behind you.
Whether we're advising or actively coordinating, you move with a clear structure and someone in your corner. No scrambling. No missed steps. No last-minute surprises.
Who we work with.
The Easy Move is built for families relocating within Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati region who want a structured process — not a scramble. Most clients reach out 6 to 10 weeks before their move.
We also work with clients who have already hired movers and alongside realtors. Your agent handles the transaction. We handle the move itself.
